TN Sweden is seeking a Implantable Device Business Developer to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our commercial operations, you will be responsible for driving business growth by increasing market penetration of implantable devices.

In this role, you will leverage your expertise in market development, sales, and relationship building to remove barriers to expanding implantable devices in hospitals and grow awareness among current and new customers.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Engage and train new implanters to improve device adoption rates.
  2. Develop and execute strategic plans to expand patient pathways to long-term cardiac monitoring.
  3. Cultivate strong relationships with key opinion leaders and stakeholders in the syncope and stroke communities.

About Our Ideal Candidate:

  • A degree in a relevant field and a strong understanding of the healthcare industry.
  • Proven experience in a commercial environment, preferably from the MedTech industry.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work independently and think creatively.
  • Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
  • A willingness to travel and a clean driver's license.
