Job Overview

The Business Development Specialist, responsible for the commercial development of Mobile Water Solutions activities and brand awareness in Nordics, plays a crucial role in business & profitability growth. This position requires identifying new potential customers, maintaining existing customer relationships, and establishing long-term partnerships.

Main Responsibilities
  • Identify and prospect new potential customers in the South of Sweden & Denmark.
  • Maintain contact with existing customers and build long-term partnerships.
  • Calculate prices based on standard cost sheets.
  • Prepare proposals (technical & process support from Europe Operations Team).
  • Negotiate directly with clients.
  • Establish a sales & development plan for the dedicated area.
  • Implement specific business development plans.
  • Identify new markets or fields of opportunities.
  • Contribute proactively to business & profitability growth.
  • Become a brand ambassador.
  • Support marketing efforts and participate in communication events.
  • Ensure adherence to Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment policies.
  • Report incidents promptly and assist in investigation processes.
Key Requirements
  • Master's degree or Engineering degree with relevant working experience.
  • Technical background in water treatment (processes & technologies).
  • Working experience in sales & business development in the water treatment industry.
  • Proficiency in English and Swedish to communicate effectively.
  • Knowledge of Google Application Suite and/or Microsoft Office software packages.
  • Ability to work across cultures and borders.
