Nordic Market Planning

As a Nordics Market Planner at TN Sweden, you will lead the commercial demand planning in the Nordic markets, with full ownership and deployment of the S&OP cycle. This role involves working closely with Key Account Managers and Brand Managers to create customer and product-based demand plans for a 0-18 months' planning horizon.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive demand plan, considering sell-in trends, commercial initiatives, and leveraging analytics.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing departments to develop the demand plan for new products, analyzing similar product trends and/or seasonality.
  • Operationalize the demand plan in the internal planning tool, ensuring timely reflection of decisions.
  • Drive utilization of a harmonized Group Demand Planning Tool, making recommendations on enhancements.
  • Ensure adherence to minimum order quantity and/or market-based quotas.
Requirements:

For this role, we are looking for a candidate with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field, along with 5-10 years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or related supply chain roles. Experience in FMCG or similar industries is preferred.
