About the Opportunity

Refined is seeking a highly skilled Controller of Finance to join our team. As a Controller of Finance, you will play a critical role in managing day-to-day finance operations, optimizing finance processes, and empowering growth.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management, with expertise in tools like Excel/Sheets and BI. They will be responsible for managing accounts receivable/payable, bank payments, collaborating with Aspia to ensure operational consistency, creating and analyzing monthly reports, fine-tuning processes, and transitioning manual reporting to automated insights using the BI tool.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage accounts receivable/payable, bank payments, and collaborate with Aspia to ensure operational consistency.
  • Create and analyze monthly reports, fine-tune processes, and transition manual reporting to automated insights using the BI tool.
  • Empower growth by enabling financial literacy across the organization, fostering a commercial mindset that drives informed decisions, and fuels ambitions.
  • Deliver key milestones, including managing AP and interactions with Aspia within 30 days, running full close processes and aggregating monthly financial reports within 90 days, and ensuring optimized FinanceOps, automated reporting, and seamless consolidation of annual reports within 360 days.
Your Skills and Qualifications

  1. Strong background in financial management.
  2. Expertise in tools like Excel/Sheets and BI.
  3. Excellent analytical skills, with ability to assess problems, enhance decision-making processes, and communicate conclusions.
  4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  5. Knowledge of industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions.
