About the Role:
SOTI Inc is a global leader in mobile and IoT management solutions, seeking a skilled Sales Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of customer/partner-facing experience, proficiency in Salesforce and other CRM tools, and excellent communication skills.

In this role, you will prepare and send quotes to customers via Salesforce, process orders and invoices accurately and timely, and support the Account Manager and other sales staff with their daily tasks and responsibilities. You will also assist with support ticket escalations and follow up with customers until resolution, act as an out-of-office backup for the Senior Account Manager and other sales staff, and coordinate with marketing, product development, and customer service departments to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

The successful candidate will possess strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. They will be knowledgeable of SAAS products and services and industry trends, and will be able to generate and analyze sales reports, providing feedback and suggestions for improvement.
