Sales Executive SCALAR Fleet Management

At TN Sweden, we are looking for a driven SaaS Sales Hunter to join our team and acquire new business for our software-based fleet management solutions in Sweden.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in selling solutions and excellent communication skills. They will be self-motivated and able to adapt quickly to a dynamic product and market environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Prospecting: Identify potential customers through various channels.
  • Discovery: Conduct discovery meetings to identify opportunities and key stakeholders.
  • Opportunity Management: Deliver compelling presentations and demos of our solution.
  • Pipeline Management: Proactively manage the sales process, from lead to close.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in selling solutions; 4-5 years of work experience is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Self-motivated and open-minded, with the ability to adapt quickly to a dynamic product and market environment.
  • Fluent in Swedish and English; another Nordic language would be an asset.
