Job Summary

TN Sweden seeks an experienced Account Manager to drive business growth in the Nordic region. The ideal candidate will possess a strong business mindset, excellent relationship-building skills, and the ability to develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement account strategies to drive business growth.
  • Pursue new business opportunities and expand existing ones.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver outstanding client results.
  • Maintain focus on achieving set growth targets.

Key Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of business principles and their application in driving revenue.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships.
  • Ability to design and execute sales strategies to achieve targets.
  • Full accountability for meeting growth goals.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in English and Swedish languages.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in PLM Software Sales or equivalent enterprise software.
  • Degree in engineering, technology, business, or related field, or equivalent knowledge/experience.
  • Comfortable traveling and meeting with clients regularly.
