We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven sales professional to join our team as a Business Development Manager.

Job Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  1. Previous experience in a similar sales role, ideally within the wellness sector and/or B2B sales in HR solutions or related industries.
  2. Proven ability in managing purchasing processes and handling long sales cycles effectively.
  3. Self-driven and capable of independently driving and closing deals with a proactive approach to project management.
  4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Swedish and English.
  5. Strong customer focus, ensuring high-quality service while driving business growth and expansion opportunities.
  6. Demonstrate strong analytical abilities to interpret market data and identify business opportunities while managing multiple processes simultaneously.

Experience in procurement processes and tenders within the public sector is highly desirable.
