We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven sales professional to join our team as a Business Development Manager.
Job RequirementsThe ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience in a similar sales role, ideally within the wellness sector and/or B2B sales in HR solutions or related industries.
- Proven ability in managing purchasing processes and handling long sales cycles effectively.
- Self-driven and capable of independently driving and closing deals with a proactive approach to project management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Swedish and English.
- Strong customer focus, ensuring high-quality service while driving business growth and expansion opportunities.
- Demonstrate strong analytical abilities to interpret market data and identify business opportunities while managing multiple processes simultaneously.
Experience in procurement processes and tenders within the public sector is highly desirable.
