About Us: We develop technology to simplify equity-based incentive programs for corporate clients. Our customers include Telenor, Northvolt, and Storytel.
About the Role: As an Account Executive, you will play a crucial part in our commercial team's future plans. You will report directly to the Head of Nordics and be vital in Optio's commercial success.
Responsibilities:
- Win new business and drive revenue growth while becoming a trusted partner to customers.
- Design and execute innovative sales strategies to meet revenue quotas.
- Spearhead market expansion by identifying new customer segments and use cases.
- Inform product roadmaps and features by gathering customer feedback and conveying market needs.
Requirements: We are looking for someone with 2-4 years of experience prospecting and closing leads, driving adoption of emerging technologies with a consultative sales approach. Familiarity working within complex sales cycles is a must.
