As a key member of our Workplace Division, you will explore existing, new, and alternative sales channels to promote Everway's innovative solutions. You will identify opportunities to increase our market share and collaborate closely with our Product Owners and Marketing Team to optimize your market strategy.

Your sales approach should be value-based, structured, and strategic, with a diplomatic, tactical, and persuasive mindset. You will build productive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders at different organizational levels, engaging daily with a range of stakeholders to contribute to the company's strategic goals.

This role involves identifying, qualifying, and developing new business opportunities within public sector and corporate organizations. You will manage marketing leads and inbound inquiries, initiate contact with potential clients, maintain a dynamic pipeline, and provide accurate sales forecasting.

Key responsibilities include preparing quotations, proposals, and business cases to secure new business, managing the entire sales process from start to finish, attending events and trade shows to promote Everway, and staying informed about competitor activity.
