About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Development team member to join our ambitious team. As a key player in driving growth and success, you'll be responsible for developing strong relationships with merchants, answering partners' queries, and identifying new opportunities among existing restaurant partners.

You'll work closely with our operations and restaurant partners to ensure seamless experiences and set them up for success. Your expertise will help optimize venue performance by improving key metrics such as growth, ad spend, AVT, and service score.

Responsibilities
  1. Drive and manage the growth of our current venues by improving venue performance through portfolio analysis and active account management.
  2. Build long-term restaurant relationships post-onboarding and serve as the key communicator between operations and restaurant partners.
  3. Use data to optimize venue performance by improving key metrics.
  4. Implement an effective restaurant tiering strategy to maximize the impact of account management activities across the restaurant portfolio.
  5. Perform frequent quality and satisfaction checks to ensure service standards are met.
  6. Renegotiate with venues to drive profitability.
  7. Work closely with the marketing team to plan and execute campaigns with restaurant partners.
  8. Sell in new products within the Wolt portfolio to your venues.
  9. Collaborate with the sales and onboarding teams to secure successful launches of new venues.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in an Account Manager or similar sales/service-oriented role.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt tone to suit the audience.
  • Strong commercial sense with the ability to drive growth and profitability.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using BI systems and Excel to make data-driven decisions.
  • Structured, detailed, and service-oriented.
  • Passion for food and developing the best restaurant offers in the city.
  • Experience working with a CRM system is a plus.
  • Fluent in Swedish and English.
