We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Home Category Buyer to join our dynamic Buying team as a Senior Buyer in our Home Department. This role offers the opportunity to shape Boozt's home category, identify new business opportunities, and drive growth through strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute the buying strategy for your portfolio in the Home category on Booz.com.
- Key account responsibility for the Home category and build 360-degree partnerships with leading and emerging brands.
- Negotiate & onboard new brands while strengthening relationships with existing vendors.
- Stay ahead of trends and ensure our product selection remains relevant and competitive.
- Make data-driven decisions based on industry knowledge and insights from merchandisers.
- Drive digital growth by challenging traditional retail and optimizing for online success.
