We're looking for a talented Restaurant Development team member to join our high-growth environment at Wolt.

About the Job

In this role, you'll develop strong relationships with our merchants, answer their queries, and identify new growth opportunities among existing restaurant partners.

You'll interact with a varied portfolio of merchants, ensuring their experience is seamless and they're set up for success.

As a key player in driving growth and success, you'll optimize venue performance by improving key metrics such as growth, ad spend, AVT, and service score.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Drive and manage the growth of our current venues by improving venue performance through portfolio analysis and active account management.
  2. Build long-term restaurant relationships post-onboarding and serve as the key communicator between operations and restaurant partners.
  3. Use data to optimize venue performance by improving key metrics.
  4. Implement an effective restaurant tiering strategy to maximize the impact of account management activities across the restaurant portfolio.
  5. Perform frequent quality and satisfaction checks to ensure service standards are met.
  6. Renegotiate with venues to drive profitability.
  7. Work closely with the marketing team to plan and execute campaigns with restaurant partners.
  8. Sell in new products within the Wolt portfolio to your venues.
  9. Collaborate with the sales and onboarding teams to secure successful launches of new venues.
What We're Looking For
  • At least 3 years of experience in an Account Manager or similar sales/service-oriented role.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt tone to suit the audience.
  • Strong commercial sense with the ability to drive growth and profitability.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using BI systems and Excel to make data-driven decisions.
  • Structured, detailed, and service-oriented.
  • Passion for food and developing the best restaurant offers in the city.
  • Experience working with a CRM system is a plus.
  • Fluent in Swedish and English.
