About the Role

As our Growth Manager, you will independently drive our digital and physical marketing strategies, enhancing our market presence and customer acquisition. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement innovative marketing tactics using technology tools and data-driven insights. You will manage the full spectrum of our marketing activities, from content creation, SEO/SEM to our design and our international brand presence.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Devising and executing comprehensive, repeatable, and profitable digital marketing campaigns.
  • Define, measure, and act on relevant growth KPIs (CAC, LTV, conversion etc)
  • Creating and maintaining robust customer acquisition funnels through innovative use of technology.
  • Create and implement launch campaigns, both digital and physical for each new site opening.
  • Employing advanced analytics to refine marketing strategies and enhance user engagement.
  • Leading the development and management of our website (and potential apps) and ensuring an intuitive user experience that aligns with visual design principles.
  • Acting as the primary catalyst for our marketing initiatives, ensuring projects transition smoothly from concept to execution without reliance on external teams.

We are looking for someone with:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a marketing or growth management role, preferably within a tech-focused environment.
  • A solid track record in delivering measurable results in SEO, SEM, and online brand building.
  • Creative thinking in terms of budgets and execution tactics.
  • Proficiency in leveraging UI/UX principles to enhance customer interactions.
  • A proactive and autonomous approach to workplace challenges.
  • Strong ability to adapt and innovate under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills in multiple languages, with Swedish and English being essential.
