Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Strategist to join our MarCom team. As a Performance Media Manager, you will have a central and crucial role in Telenor's marketing activities. You will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive performance media strategy that drives sales and strengthens our position in the market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a performance media strategy that aligns with our overall marketing objectives.
  • Manage and oversee the performance media budget and administration, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
  • Collaborate with media managers, sales and brand managers, as well as other functions within the marketing unit to integrate digital paid media strategies into the broader marketing mix.
  • Work closely with media and creative agencies to enhance strategic initiatives.
  • Implement necessary tools to measure progress and KPI impact, translating data and insights into actionable strategies.
  • Proactively identify development areas and trends in media, driving their successful implementation within Telenor's marketing framework.

Requirements

  • Graduate degree in marketing, economics, or communication.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in strategic and operational performance media activations.
  • Deep knowledge of digital marketing, with experience from holistic media planning encompassing both offline and digital channels.
  • Specialized expertise in performance marketing. Exceptional analytical skills and experience in data management.
  • Experience in using analytics tools and platforms to track and measure campaign performance.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
  • Comfortable with digital marketing tools and platforms, with an interest in learning and leveraging new technologies.
  • Structured, delivery-focused, and capable of managing multiple projects concurrently.
  • High self-motivation and a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, in Swedish and English.
