  3. Channel Analysis: Conduct an in-depth channel analysis and audits to identify opportunities for improving brand visibility and performance metrics.
  4. Tool Integration: Advocate for and integrate innovative tools and technologies to enhance operational efficiency and improve campaign results.
  5. Client Recommendations: Provide clients with concise, actionable recommendations based on data-driven insights, guiding strategic decisions.
  6. Collaboration: Collaborate with relevant platform representatives and internal colleagues to stay ahead of emerging features and best practices, applying these learnings to drive client success.
  7. Team Leadership: Promote a collaborative environment, leading by example in integrating channel-specific insights with cross-functional team efforts to enhance the overall client experience and success.
  8. Mentorship: Facilitate knowledge sharing & mentor junior specialists, providing guidance on channel-specific tactics and fostering an environment of continuous learning.
Requirements
  1. Experience: 4+ years of experience in the digital marketing ecosystem.
  2. Technical Knowledge: Comprehensive hands-on experience and technical knowledge in at least one key marketing channel (paid social, search or programmatic), and extensive understanding of others and how they integrate with the overall marketing strategies.
  3. Data Analysis: Ability to analyze and interpret data across both marketing & analytics platforms (e.g. GA4) and use insights to drive continuous optimization and achieve better outcomes.
  4. Data Visualization: Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g. Looker Studio) and ability to present insights in an engaging and understandable manner.
  5. Testing Tactics: Proficiency in crafting and applying effective testing tactics to discover innovative solutions and boost campaign effectiveness.
  6. Communication: Proficient in communicating complex ideas clearly in presentations and collaborative discussions.
  7. Mentoring: Strong mentoring skills, with a focus on sharing knowledge and fostering a learning environment within the team.
