Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Digital Marketing Specialist to join our performance team in Stockholm. As a junior role, this position offers an excellent opportunity to learn and grow within the digital marketing field.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up and manage social media campaigns across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, and Twitter.
  • Develop a deep understanding of client business goals and optimize campaigns accordingly.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring seamless campaign execution.
  • Optimize campaigns on multiple advertising platforms, including Facebook Ads Manager, Snapchat, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Create compelling creative briefs to meet the requirements of social media campaigns and provide constructive feedback to design teams.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest bid and targeting strategies to maximize campaign effectiveness.
  • Evaluate the performance of social media campaigns, identifying areas for improvement and implementing data-driven solutions.
Ideal Candidate
  • Has a strong passion for digital marketing and a willingness to learn and grow.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams.
  • Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in Facebook Pixel and Facebook Conversion API.
  • A team player who contributes ideas and feedback to drive campaign success.
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of experience working with social paid advertising, with hands-on experience in Facebook Business Manager, Snapchat, and other relevant platforms.
  • Experience working with YouTube or Smartly is a plus.
  • Fluent Swedish and English communication skills, with additional languages being an advantage.
Nice to Haves
  • Knowledge and experience working with Smartly and other digital marketing tools, such as Google Data Studio and Google Analytics.
  • Previous experience working with clients in a consultant role.
  • Knowledge and experience in other digital areas, particularly programmatic advertising.
  • Experience working with LinkedIn advertising.
