About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Media Specialist to join our team at Precis Digital. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for leading the tactical and operational management of one or more digital marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Channel Management
    • Lead the setup, optimization, and performance analysis of digital marketing campaigns across various channels.
    • Develop and implement strategies to enhance campaign effectiveness and meet client Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Testing and Optimization
    • Conduct advanced testing and optimization initiatives within digital marketing channels to improve campaign performance.
    • Apply deep expertise to enhance campaign effectiveness and meet client KPIs.
  • Channel Analysis and Audits
    • Conduct in-depth channel analysis and audits to identify opportunities for improving brand visibility and performance metrics.
  • Tool Integration and Innovation
    • Advocate for and integrate innovative tools and technologies to enhance operational efficiency and improve campaign results.
  • Client Communication and Strategy
    • Provide clients with concise, actionable recommendations based on data-driven insights, guiding strategic decisions.
  • Collaboration and Knowledge Sharing
    • Collaborate with relevant platform representatives and internal colleagues to stay ahead of emerging features and best practices.
    • Promote a collaborative environment, leading by example in integrating channel-specific insights with cross-functional team efforts.
    • Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentor junior specialists, providing guidance on channel-specific tactics and fostering an environment of continuous learning.
    Requirements
    • 4+ years of experience in the digital marketing ecosystem.
    • Comprehensive hands-on experience and technical knowledge in at least one key marketing channel (paid social, search, or programmatic), and extensive understanding of others and how they integrate with the overall marketing strategies.
    • Ability to analyze and interpret data across both marketing and analytics platforms (e.g., GA4) and use insights to drive continuous optimization and achieve better outcomes.
    • Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Looker Studio) and ability to present insights in an engaging and understandable manner.
    • Proficiency in crafting and applying effective testing tactics to discover innovative solutions and boost campaign effectiveness.
    • Proficient in communicating complex ideas clearly in presentations and collaborative discussions.
    • Strong mentoring skills, with a focus on sharing knowledge and fostering a learning environment within the team.
