GANT US is seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Strategist to join our team. As an Online Marketing Specialist, you will play a critical role in aligning media buying activities with key performance indicators (KPIs) such as new customer acquisition (NCA), revenue, return on ad spend (ROAS), customer acquisition cost (CAC), traffic, and brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Media Buying Alignment: Collaborate with the brand team to ensure that mid-funnel and upper-funnel activities are optimized for reach, frequency, and traffic volume.
- Campaign Setup and Optimization: Set up and optimize campaigns using platform-based and third-party ad management tools like Meta Ads Manager and Smartly.
- Brand Lift and Incrementality Testing: Conduct brand lift and incrementality testing using platform tools such as brand polling.
- Marketing Technology Development: Identify and develop marketing technologies to enhance execution in social channels, including feed management, audience syndication, and tracking.
- Content Optimization: Work with the creative team to request and optimize content for social media marketing channels.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Use data and insights to test and scale new growth strategies.
