Key Responsibilities- Cultivate a customer-centric mindset, continuously improving customer engagement and collaboration, and lead execution of annual customer survey action plans at the store level.
- Plan and lead impactful sales meetings in partnership with the other Field Sales Manager and Field Effectiveness Manager.
- University or college degree or +5 years in Field sales with Team Leadership.
- Fluent in native language (Swedish) and fluent in English.
- Proficient in Office Packages: PPT, Excel to create presentations and perform weekly analysis.
- People management experience.
- Availability to travel 60% of the time is needed.
