About the Job Description

This job description outlines the key responsibilities and requirements for the Field Sales Manager role in Sweden. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and developing a high-performing field sales team, fostering engagement and enhancing competencies to strengthen our market position in Sweden.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cultivate a customer-centric mindset, continuously improving customer engagement and collaboration, and lead execution of annual customer survey action plans at the store level.
  • Plan and lead impactful sales meetings in partnership with the other Field Sales Manager and Field Effectiveness Manager.
Requirements
  • University or college degree or +5 years in Field sales with Team Leadership.
  • Fluent in native language (Swedish) and fluent in English.
  • Proficient in Office Packages: PPT, Excel to create presentations and perform weekly analysis.
  • People management experience.
  • Availability to travel 60% of the time is needed.
