This is an excellent opportunity to join Mars, Incorporated and its Affiliates as a Field Sales Manager in Sweden. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead and develop a high-performing field sales team.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute commercial plans that drive business growth and meet KPIs.
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve exceptional results.
  • Collaborate with the Nordic Field Sales Leadership Team to shape and drive the Nordic Field Sales Agenda.
Requirements:
  • University or college degree, or +5 years in Field Sales with Team Leadership.
  • Fluent in native language (Swedish) and fluent in English.
