Role Overview:

An Account Director at GTT Communications, Inc. is a key player in driving sales growth and expanding the company's customer base. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with existing clients, and delivering GTT's comprehensive suite of products and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and expand GTT's customer base.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
  3. Sell GTT's full suite of products and solutions to customers and prospects, including connectivity services such as SD-WAN, MPLS, and Internet.
  4. Profile key customers and identify companies with a decision-making unit and significant international presence.
  5. Present GTT solutions to customers and prospects, highlighting the value and benefits of our services.
  6. Build a prospect pipeline from scratch through proactive initiatives and revitalize past and present customer relationships.
  7. Collaborate with marketing teams to leverage marketing support and drive prospecting initiatives.
  8. Drive opportunities from initial discovery to close, ensuring successful sales outcomes.
