Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue growth and market share for our Vacuum Interrupter products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) of Medium Voltage breakers and Switchgears.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, engineering, and product management, to define and implement product commercial strategies and go-to-market plans.
- Conduct market studies and provide feedback on market trends and competitor movements to inform product development and sales strategies.
- Support the development of channel programs and partnerships with switchgear manufacturers to drive sales revenue and growth.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related role within the electrical industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of short circuit protection principles, medium voltage equipment, and switchgear.
- Excellent business acumen and analytical skills, with experience in statistical analysis and data interpretation.
- Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
