About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager/Director to join our Sales team at Mitigram AB. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for promoting our value proposition to prospective customers, building and managing your own pipeline of deals, and driving sales conversions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, develop, and bring in new business opportunities through outbound activity, industry events, and inbound enquiries.
  • Deliver excellent client presentations on our market-leading solutions and negotiate and close contracts with new customers.
  • Leverage our offerings and value positioning to effectively communicate and apply them to prospects' needs.
  • Utilize market insights and leverage existing networks for new opportunities.
  • Prospect and find your own opportunities through a mix of digital and physical channels.
  • Consolidate feedback and iterate strategies to find the winning approach and best practices for Mitigram.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly quotas and objectives.
Requirements
  • A love for sales and business.
  • At least 5-7+ years of B2B SaaS business development or sales experience.
  • Experience/awareness/knowledge of technology solutions, cloud, and SaaS preferred.
  • Experience with tools such as Salesforce, LinkedIn, Teams, etc.
  • Ability to articulate technical capabilities in terms of business value.
  • A strong desire to excel in software sales process.
  • Strong sense of urgency and motivation to meet and exceed aggressive goals.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
