Job Title: Associate Director Cost Manager

Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Associate Director Cost Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Data Center initiatives, you will be responsible for strategic cost management, team leadership, and fostering client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic direction and leadership in cost management, working closely with project teams to set and achieve financial objectives.
  • Develop and implement effective cost control strategies, optimizing project budgets while maintaining the highest standards of quality.
  • Lead a team of talented Cost Managers, providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
  • Drive innovative solutions to enhance cost management processes, leveraging technology and industry best practices.
  • Establish and nurture strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring their satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications:
  • Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, or related subjects.
  • Proven track record in cost management within the construction industry, with a focus on Data Center projects.
  • Extensive experience in leading and managing teams, demonstrating exceptional leadership and people management skills.
  • Deep understanding of cost estimation, budget development, and financial analysis.
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, with the ability to drive results and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of building strong client relationships.
  • A visionary mindset, constantly seeking innovation and improvement in cost management practices.
