We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Workplace Relations Director to join our Nordic team. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in shaping our employee relations strategy and driving positive workplace culture.

Job Description

As a Strategic Workplace Relations Director, you will be responsible for implementing and applying the Employee Relations function within our Nordic branches. You will serve as a trusted adviser and critical partner to employees and leaders, providing coaching and guidance on a range of employee relation matters. Your expertise will help identify risks and gaps, create and sustain positive workplace relations programs, and design and conduct training that drives best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and drive philosophies and programs to foster constructive employee relations and ensure our approach is fair, respectful, and consistent.
• Work collaboratively with managers and associates to provide day-to-day coaching and advice on employee relations issues.
• Stay current on employment law and trends, and track and interpret employee relations data to proactively identify issues and develop training and other interventions.
• Manage and promote the Annual Employee Survey, analyzing data to develop recommendations and strategies for positive employee relations and engagement.
• Collaborate with key teams across the network and Employee Experience function to share best practices and drive business strategies.
• Advise and support senior management teams on ER matters, maintaining confidentiality of personnel data in line with current GDPR and country legislations.
• Drive employee engagement and work with managers and employees to build a positive and engaging work culture.
• Lead HR projects and initiatives that support business strategies, promoting the Company's Culture and policies.
• Undertake management development activities by coaching, influencing, and sharing knowledge to increase managers' abilities to manage their teams.

Compliance:

• Instill and foster a climate of compliance to regulations at all times.
• Promote compliance in diligently following all company policies and regulations.
• Be the role model of integrity and pride for all employees, proactively communicating with the management team to ensure continuous awareness and understanding of policies and regulations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience within HR, with a strong track record of employee relations management.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and negotiation skills.
• Strong legal legislation knowledge within the Nordic Countries.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is estimated to be in the range of €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including health insurance, pension scheme, and annual leave.

Location

The role will be based in one of our Nordic branches, with opportunities for travel and remote work.
