Strategic Investor Relations and ESG Lead

Stillfront Group seeks a seasoned professional to lead its Investor Relations and ESG efforts. As the Head of Investor Relations and ESG, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive strategy that effectively communicates the company's financial performance, growth strategy, and ESG initiatives to investors, analysts, and the broader financial community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Investor Relations Strategy: Create and execute a strategic plan that showcases Stillfront Group's value proposition, growth strategy, financial performance, and ESG initiatives to the investor community.
  • Serve as Primary Point of Contact: Establish and maintain relationships with analysts, institutional investors, and individual shareholders, providing timely and accurate information about the company's performance and prospects.
  • Communicate Financial and Strategic Information: Prepare and present financial and strategic updates in earnings calls, investor conferences, one-on-one meetings, and other investor events, ensuring clear and concise communication of the company's vision and goals.
  • Collaborate with Senior Leadership: Work closely with the CEO, CFO, and other key stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor Industry Trends and Investor Perceptions: Analyze industry trends, peer performance, and investor perceptions to provide strategic insights to the leadership team, informing decision-making and driving business growth.
  • Lead ESG Integration: Drive the integration of ESG considerations into the corporate strategy and operations, ensuring alignment with investor expectations and best practices, and maintaining a comprehensive understanding of regulations and guidelines regarding investor relations and ESG disclosures.
  • Manage Investor Relations Website: Oversee the maintenance of the investor relations section of the company website, keeping it up-to-date with the latest news, financial information, and ESG developments.

As an ideal candidate, you will have a strong understanding of financial statements, equity markets, and investor relations best practices, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Swedish. You will be a strategic thinker with a doer attitude, possessing exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including staff, board members, external partners, and investors.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree: Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field. A Master's degree or CFA is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in investor relations, finance, or capital markets, with a proven track record in the technology sector.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of ESG and CSRD framework, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office and investor relations software.
