Your Mission

We are seeking a seasoned Head of Investor Relations and ESG to join our team at Stillfront Group. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive investor relations strategy that effectively communicates our financial performance, growth strategy, and ESG initiatives to investors, analysts, and the broader financial community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement an investor relations strategy that showcases our value proposition, growth strategy, financial performance, and ESG initiatives
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for analysts, institutional investors, and individual shareholders
  • Prepare and present financial and strategic information in earnings calls, investor conferences, one-on-one meetings, and other investor events
  • Collaborate closely with the CEO, CFO, and other key stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Monitor and analyze industry trends, peer performance, and investor perceptions to provide strategic insights to the leadership team
  • Lead the development and dissemination of investor materials, such as press releases, investor presentations, annual reports, and ESG reports
  • Drive the integration of ESG considerations into our corporate strategy and operations, ensuring alignment with investor expectations and best practices
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of regulations and guidelines regarding investor relations and ESG disclosures
  • Manage the investor relations section of our company website, keeping it up to date with the latest news, financial information, and ESG developments
Your Backstory

To succeed in this role, you will need a strong background in investor relations, finance, or capital markets, with a proven track record in the technology sector. A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field is required, with a Master's degree or CFA designation highly desirable.

Key skills and qualifications include:

  • Deep understanding of financial statements, equity markets, and investor relations best practices
  • Strong knowledge of ESG and CSRD framework, as well as experience in developing and communicating ESG strategies and reports
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Swedish, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and a team player with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including staff, board members, external partners, and investors
  • Strategic thinker with a doer attitude, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in MS Office and investor relations software
