About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic IT Initiative Lead to join our MDP team at Belmont Lavan Ltd. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the strategic implementation of IT initiatives that align with our organization's vision for MDP.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead cross-functional teams in the development and execution of IT epics for the MDP.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scopes.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and assessments to identify technology solutions that align with MDP objectives.
  • Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery of projects.
  • Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units to ensure alignment and understanding of project goals.
  • Implement best practices and methodologies for epic management and project execution.
  • Evaluate and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT project management, with a focus on application development and epic management.
  • Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.
  • Strong understanding of IT systems, technologies, and project management methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to analyze and solve complex problems effectively.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
Salary Range

$120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
