About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Strategic Operations Director to lead our Strategy and Planning team and drive our most critical strategic initiatives. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will be responsible for shaping the future direction of our organization and ensuring we achieve our ambitious goals for 2025 and beyond.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Lead our Strategy and Planning team in developing and executing strategic initiatives that drive growth and scalability.
  • Work closely with regional and local stakeholders to support strategy development and execution, ensuring alignment across departments and teams.
  • Provide critical insights and support to our management team to deliver on strategic priorities, leveraging your analytical skills and business acumen.
  • Develop and implement structured planning processes, collecting input from stakeholders and synthesizing recommendations to inform strategic decisions.
  • Ensure effective collaboration and alignment on strategic goals across teams and departments, fostering a culture of open communication and relationship-building.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in strategy and planning, or a similar role, in a large, international, and complex organization.
  • Proven leadership experience, with a track record of driving strategic initiatives and influencing senior management.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience collaborating across teams with different backgrounds and specialties.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Swedish, with a structured and detail-oriented approach.
  • University degree in business, economics, or a related field.
