Strategic Investor Relations and ESG Lead

Stillfront Group is seeking a seasoned Head of Investor Relations and ESG to join our team. As a key member of the Group CFO's office, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive investor relations strategy that effectively communicates our financial performance, growth strategy, and ESG initiatives to investors, analysts, and the broader financial community.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a strategic investor relations plan that aligns with our business objectives and enhances our visibility among investors, analysts, and the broader financial community.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for analysts, institutional investors, and individual shareholders, providing timely and accurate financial information and responding to investor inquiries.
- Prepare and present financial and strategic information in earnings calls, investor conferences, one-on-one meetings, and other investor events, ensuring that our message is clear, concise, and engaging.
- Work closely with the CEO, CFO, and other key stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and analyze industry trends, peer performance, and investor perceptions to provide strategic insights to the leadership team and inform our investor relations strategy.
- Lead the development and dissemination of investor materials, such as press releases, investor presentations, annual reports, and ESG reports, ensuring that our message is consistent and compelling.
- Drive the integration of ESG considerations into our corporate strategy and operations, ensuring alignment with investor expectations and best practices.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of regulations and guidelines regarding investor relations and ESG disclosures, ensuring that we are always compliant and up-to-date.
- Manage the investor relations section of our company website, keeping it up to date with the latest news, financial information, and ESG developments.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field. A Master's degree or CFA is a plus.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in investor relations, finance, or capital markets, with a proven track record in the technology sector.
- Deep understanding of financial statements, equity markets, and investor relations best practices.
- Strong knowledge of ESG and CSRD framework, as well as experience in developing and communicating ESG strategies and reports.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Swedish, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a team player with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including staff, board members, external partners, and investors.
- Strategic thinker with a doer attitude, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in MS Office and investor relations software.
