As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive investor relations strategy that effectively communicates our value proposition, growth strategy, financial performance, and ESG initiatives to the investor community.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement an investor relations strategy that showcases our company's strengths and growth potential
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for analysts, institutional investors, and individual shareholders, providing timely and accurate financial and strategic information
  • Prepare and present financial and strategic information in earnings calls, investor conferences, one-on-one meetings, and other investor events, highlighting our ESG initiatives and progress
  • Collaborate closely with our CEO, CFO, and other key stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Monitor and analyze industry trends, peer performance, and investor perceptions to provide strategic insights to our leadership team
  • Lead the development and dissemination of investor materials, such as press releases, investor presentations, annual reports, and ESG reports, ensuring alignment with investor expectations and best practices
  • Drive the integration of ESG considerations into our corporate strategy and operations, ensuring alignment with investor expectations and best practices
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of regulations and guidelines regarding investor relations and ESG disclosures, ensuring compliance and transparency
  • Manage the investor relations section of our company website, keeping it up to date with the latest news, financial information, and ESG developments
Your Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field; a Master's degree or CFA is a plus
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in investor relations, finance, or capital markets, with a proven track record in the technology sector
  • Deep understanding of financial statements, equity markets, and investor relations best practices
  • Strong knowledge of ESG and CSRD framework, as well as experience in developing and communicating ESG strategies and reports
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Swedish, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and a team player with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including staff, board members, external partners, and investors
  • Strategic thinker with a doer attitude, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in MS Office and investor relations software
