At Stillfront Group, we're seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our investor relations and ESG efforts. As Head of Investor Relations and ESG, you'll be responsible for crafting and executing a comprehensive strategy that showcases our financial prowess, growth ambitions, and commitment to sustainability.

About the Role
  • Develop and implement an effective investor relations strategy that highlights our value proposition, growth trajectory, financial performance, and ESG initiatives to the investment community.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for analysts, institutional investors, and individual shareholders, providing timely and accurate information about our company.
  • Prepare and present financial and strategic insights in earnings calls, investor conferences, one-on-one meetings, and other investor events, showcasing your exceptional communication skills.
  • Collaborate closely with the CEO, CFO, and other key stakeholders to ensure seamless financial reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, peer performance, and investor sentiment to inform strategic decisions and drive business growth.
  • Lead the development and dissemination of investor materials, including press releases, investor presentations, annual reports, and ESG reports, ensuring alignment with best practices.
  • Drive the integration of ESG considerations into our corporate strategy and operations, aligning with investor expectations and industry standards.
  • Stay abreast of regulations and guidelines related to investor relations and ESG disclosures, ensuring compliance and transparency.
  • Oversee the maintenance of the investor relations section of our website, keeping it up-to-date with the latest news, financial information, and ESG developments.
Your Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree or CFA designation is a significant plus.
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in investor relations, finance, or capital markets, with a proven track record in the technology sector.
  • Deep understanding of financial statements, equity markets, and investor relations best practices.
  • Strong knowledge of ESG and CSRD frameworks, as well as experience in developing and communicating ESG strategies and reports.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Swedish, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders, including staff, board members, external partners, and investors.
  • Strategic thinker with a doer attitude, possessing strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office and investor relations software.

We offer a competitive salary range of $150,000 - $200,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for career growth and development.
