We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Strategic Investor Relations and ESG Lead. This role is responsible for developing and executing the investor relations strategy, communicating the company's financial performance, growth strategy, and ESG initiatives to investors, analysts, and the broader financial community.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing an investor relations strategy that effectively communicates Stillfront Group's value proposition, growth strategy, financial performance, and ESG initiatives to the investor community.
- Serving as the primary point of contact for analysts, institutional investors, and individual shareholders.
- Preparing and presenting financial and strategic information in earnings calls, investor conferences, one-on-one meetings, and other investor events.
- Working closely with the CEO, CFO, and other key stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field. A Master's degree or CFA is a plus.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in investor relations, finance, or capital markets, a proven track record with the technology sector is seen as a plus.
- Deep understanding of financial statements, equity markets, and investor relations best practices.
- Strong knowledge of ESG and CSRD framework, as well as experience in developing and communicating ESG strategies and reports.
We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth and development.
