Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive global procurement strategy aligned with our business goals and objectives.
  • Lead and manage our global procurement team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure high performance and professional growth.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, negotiating favorable terms and conditions to achieve cost savings and value for Intrum.
  • Implement best practices in procurement processes, including supplier selection, contract management, and risk assessment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, legal, and operations, to ensure alignment and integration of procurement activities with overall business strategies.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience working within a corporate procurement environment - ideally with international, global experience working within financial services.
  • Proven experience in a senior procurement leadership role within a multinational organization, ideally within financial services or a similar industry.
  • Strong knowledge of global procurement practices, supplier management, and contract negotiation.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization.
