At Intrum, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the company's financial strategy. As our Global Treasury Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all treasury activities and financial risk management across the Group, serving as the Group's internal bank. Your scope of responsibilities will be broad, covering the entire set of treasury matters within the Group.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure that the terms in the group's financing documents are respected, both from financial covenants as well as applicable restrictions.
• Maintain a constant watch over the financial performance of the business and oversee the daily treasury operations, including cash management, funding, and foreign exchange activity.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive financing strategy, including debt issuance, bank financing, and investment opportunities.
• Monitor and manage currency and interest rate risks, implementing hedging strategies to protect Intrum's financial interests.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, accounting, and markets, to support strategic initiatives and enhance financial decision-making.
• Prepare and present detailed treasury reports to senior management, providing insights into cash flow trends, liquidity positions, and risk exposures.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and the treasury policy.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of work experience within the Treasury or financial steering function.
• Deep knowledge of treasury management related subjects, including balance sheet and funding matters, cash forecasting, interest rate and FX hedging, payables, receivables, payments, and liquidity management.
• Multi-country experience, having worked in international, diversified businesses and being comfortable working across cultural and geographic boundaries.
• Stakeholder management experience, having dealt with senior internal stakeholders as well as critical external stakeholders, including banks, credit investors, and rating agencies.
