Marketing & Community Director Opportunity

We're seeking a seasoned marketing and community professional to lead our efforts in shaping the player experience and elevating our brand presence in the co-op gaming space.

About the Role

As the Marketing & Community Director at Arrowhead Games, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies, building and managing a high-performing team, and fostering a culture of open communication and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with studio leadership and production teams to design and execute marketing campaigns that drive engagement and retention.
  • Lead a team of marketing and community professionals to deliver exceptional player experiences, including content creation, community management, and customer support.
  • Develop and implement data-driven workflows to optimize marketing and community efforts, leveraging analytics and insights to inform decision-making.
  • Foster a culture of iteration and continuous improvement, using player feedback to drive product development and marketing strategies.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to achieve measurable product strategy goals, aligning with business objectives.
  • Ensure seamless integration of customer support with community engagement, delivering timely and effective responses to player inquiries.
Requirements
  • 6-8 years of experience in marketing and community management within the games industry, with at least 4 years of leadership experience.
  • Relevant degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent demonstrated experience.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, with a proven track record of driving results and growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive business decisions.
