About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Market Director to lead our business development efforts in the Buildings sector. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales efforts, coordinating business development activities, and leading the execution of large proposals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement market strategies to drive business growth and increase customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, establishing strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Lead proposal activities, ensuring high-quality submissions and presentations that meet client needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement pricing and commercial conditions.
  • Act as a key account manager, developing and maintaining long-term relationships with key clients.
Requirements
  • Relevant master's degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Deep experience and knowledge of building projects and urban development.
  • Proven track record of managing key client relationships and business development in Sweden.
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience in leading teams for complex proposal and contract preparation.
  • Exceptional communication skills in both Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, collaborative team environment.
