About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced Marketing Director to lead the development and execution of our marketing strategy for the launch of a new range of innovative products. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating and implementing a comprehensive marketing plan that drives business growth and expands our global presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a global marketing strategy that aligns with our business objectives.
- Lead the creation of branding and communication strategies that effectively engage with healthcare professionals and direct business partners.
- Manage marketing spend and ensure timely delivery of marketing materials, events, and campaigns.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, partners, and external service providers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and expansion.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, economics, business, or related field. Master's degree in business preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of international marketing experience in the dermatology/cosmetic market.
- Proven track record of global brand building and business acumen.
- Experience with digital marketing campaigns, scientific communication, and event management.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to navigate complex multicultural organizations.
