Global Training Business Development Director

In this remote role, you'll have the flexibility to work from anywhere in Europe, collaborating with teams from across the globe. Your vision and leadership will drive revenue, profitability, and the success of our training services. You will empower local teams, innovate new solutions, and inspire others to achieve their best.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive global training strategies that will take our services to the next level.
- Drive the creation of new training services and guide country teams in developing their own localized solutions.
- Identify opportunities for business expansion, and work closely with sales and delivery teams to execute innovative business ideas.
- Collaborate with country teams to develop action plans that drive growth, exceed sales targets, and maximize profitability.
- Build a high-performance culture by coaching and inspiring teams to succeed and drive continuous improvement.
- Present compelling training service propositions to key customers, helping organizations around the world enhance their performance and sustainability.

About You:
You're a dynamic leader with a passion for business development and innovation. You thrive in a global environment and excel at building relationships across diverse markets and cultures. You have a growth mindset, and you're always looking for new opportunities to make an impact.
To excel in this role, you will bring:
- Bachelor's degree (master's degree preferred).
- At least 5 years of experience in a growth-focused role, ideally with a strong background in management system certification and training.
- Extensive knowledge and experience in training services and business development, enabling you to drive business performance effectively.
- Previous experience in a global role, showcasing your ability to navigate diverse markets and cultures.
- Strong commercial awareness and a record of delivering exceptional results.
- Willingness and ability to travel, as necessary, to support our global operations.
- Outstanding written and verbal English communication skills to engage with stakeholders across borders.
- A commitment to embodying DNV's leadership expectations, including results orientation, customer focus, respect, care, and foresight.
