About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Global Training Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive global training strategies that drive business growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute global training business development plans to drive revenue growth and profitability.
- Lead the creation of new training services and guide country teams in developing localized solutions.
- Identify opportunities for business expansion and work closely with sales and delivery teams to execute innovative business ideas.
- Collaborate with country teams to develop action plans that drive growth, exceed sales targets, and maximize profitability.
- Build a high-performance culture by coaching and inspiring teams to succeed and drive continuous improvement.
