Job Description:We develop models for attracting and engaging the right candidates using an agile approach, solid networks, and close customer cooperation. Our goal is to become market leaders within recruiting tech competence while providing our customers with the conditions to grow.
We're looking for a Presales Engineer to join our sales team, focusing on Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions. In this role, you'll provide technical expertise to prospective customers, collaborate with the sales team, understand customer needs, and deliver product demonstrations, technical presentations, and proof-of-concept engagements.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide technical expertise on IAM solutions and stay updated on industry trends.
- Support the sales team in identifying customer requirements, conducting discovery sessions, and delivering product demos.
- Design IAM solutions aligned with customer goals and develop technical architectures.
- Lead proof-of-concept engagements, configuring and deploying IAM solutions, and providing technical support.
- Assist with creating technical documentation, proposals, and architecture diagrams.
- Foster strong customer relationships and ensure smooth post-sales handover.
- Help internal teams and customers learn about IAM solutions through training.
