The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Commercial Partnership Growth Manager to join our high-performing commercial team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our account portfolio, driving revenue growth and market share.
Responsibilities
- Account Management: Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth and strengthen relationships with key accounts.
- Trend Analysis: Stay ahead of industry developments and trends to identify opportunities and inform strategic decisions.
- Negotiation and Stakeholder Management: Drive contract discussions with publishers and negotiate agreements that deliver value for all stakeholders.
- Project Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of partner initiatives.
Requirements
- Expertise: 3-5 years of experience in business development, account management, or related roles, ideally within the gaming industry, digital content distribution, or similar sectors.
- Communication Skills: Fluency in English and Swedish, both written and verbal, enabling clear and professional interaction at all levels.
- Negotiation Skills: Outstanding negotiation and relationship-building skills, capable of representing Exertis Ztorm with confidence and professionalism at the highest levels.
- Industry Knowledge: A deep understanding and genuine interest in the gaming industry, including trends, digital distribution dynamics, and market drivers.
