Job Description:

We are seeking an exceptional Distribution Partner Account Manager to join our North EMEA team. As a key player in our distribution channel strategy, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our presence in the region.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Revenue Growth: Meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets for assigned distributors.
  2. Channel Enablement: Develop and execute strategies to enhance distributor capabilities and improve sales performance.
  3. Business Development: Identify new opportunities and build strong relationships with distribution partners to drive business growth.
  4. Communication: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment across the organization.

Requirements:

  1. Experience: 5+ years of experience in distribution partner management or a related field.
  2. Distributor Knowledge: Strong understanding of distributor business models and sales strategies.
  3. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with distribution partners and internal stakeholders.
  4. Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement strategic plans to drive revenue growth and channel expansion.
