Senior E-tailer Channel Manager

We are embarking on an exciting growth journey, driven by major distribution agreements and seeking an experienced professional to join us as a Business Development Manager - E-commerce. This role requires a business-savvy individual with a proven track record of driving sales growth and enhancing market share in the E-tailer channel.
Job Description- Develop and implement strategies to optimize resource allocation and drive channel growth, leveraging business acumen and analytical skills.
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities to enhance product visibility, volume, and performance, collaborating across teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with E-tailer Key Accounts, driving sales growth and market share through effective communication and tailored trade programs.
- Monitor Key Account compliance with contracts and address performance gaps with timely actions, demonstrating financial acumen and problem-solving skills.
- Use data insights to analyze sales, brand performance, and promotions, translating findings into actionable business plans that drive commercial success.
- At least 3 years of experience in Key Account Management, preferably in FMCG, retail, or E-commerce.
- Proven ability to transform strategic insights into commercial initiatives, showcasing analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
- A track record of fostering cross-functional success and building strong partnerships, highlighting collaboration and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in budget management, P&L analysis, and business operations, demonstrating financial acumen and business insight.
- Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken, showcasing language proficiency and cultural awareness.
