About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Commercial Partnership Development Lead to join our high-performing commercial team. You'll immerse yourself in the ever-evolving world of gaming, staying ahead of upcoming releases and industry trends. Your key responsibilities will include building relationships with your account portfolio, utilizing tools and commercial acumen to develop and deliver results, developing and executing account strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets and partner objectives, staying ahead of gaming industry developments, negotiating contract discussions with publishers, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of partner initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with your account portfolio, including wider commercial relationships.
  • Utilize tools and commercial acumen to develop and deliver results within your account portfolio.
  • Develop and execute account strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets and partner objectives.
  • Stay ahead of gaming industry developments, including upcoming releases and market trends, to identify opportunities and inform strategic decisions.
  • Negotiate contract discussions with publishers, ensuring balanced agreements that deliver value for all stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Operations, Business & Product development, and marketing to ensure seamless execution of partner initiatives.
