We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven sales professional to join our team at TN Sweden. As a New Business Developer, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers, building strong relationships with clients, and collaborating with internal departments to support customer needs.

About the Role

This exciting role offers the opportunity to work with an innovative digital service that offers a mobile app for employee benefits in Northern Europe. Your key responsibilities will include prospecting, scheduling meetings, conducting needs analysis, presenting solutions, negotiating contracts, and implementing our service with the client.

Key Responsibilities
  • Taking full ownership of acquiring new customers through effective sales strategies and tactics.
  • Building strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Collaborating with internal departments to ensure seamless delivery of our service to clients.
About You

To succeed in this role, you should be a dynamic and goal-oriented individual who is passionate about B2B business development and customer relationships. Proficiency in systems and experience with Microsoft Office (especially Excel) are essential. Fluency in both written and spoken Swedish and English is a must, as English is the corporate language.
