We're on the lookout for a high-performing Business Development Manager - Nordic Region with a strong understanding of the Nordic market and its potential.

As part of our Client Management team, you'll be responsible for growing client partnerships and initiating long-term collaborations between clients and developers. You'll lead initial client meetings, drive deals through the sales funnel, work closely with our Client Engineering team, and close deals.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with technology, an intrinsic sense of urgency, responsibility, and ownership. They'll be passionate about closing the competence gap in tech and possess a curiosity about technological innovations and trends.

Our team spans 39 countries, and we're looking for someone who can contribute to improving our ways of working and increase efficiency and success as we grow and evolve.
