About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Strategic Sales Partnership Developer to join our team. As a key member of our partnership development team, you will play a vital role in shaping SuperOffice's future by driving sales growth through strategic partnerships.

In this role, you will work closely with our sales partners to establish and maintain successful business relationships. Your primary focus will be on identifying opportunities for growth, developing strategies to capitalize on these opportunities, and ensuring that our sales partners have the necessary tools and resources to achieve their goals.

You will be responsible for:

  • Establishing Strategic Objectives: Work with our sales partners to set and achieve strategic objectives that drive sales growth and revenue expansion.
  • Territory Planning: Develop and maintain territory plans that align with SuperOffice's overall sales strategy and ensure that our sales partners are equipped to meet and exceed their sales targets.
  • Operational Goal Setting: Break down strategic goals into measurable sub-goals and ensure that our sales partners are held accountable for achieving these goals.
  • KPI Measurement and Follow-up: Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales pipeline, lead-to-deal conversion rate, and average lead time from lead to deal.
  • Partner Enablement: Ensure that our sales partners have access to relevant training, information channels, and product range updates to support their success.
