Sales and Partnerships Director

We're seeking an experienced Commercial Account Executive to join our Swedish sales team at UiPath. As a key contributor to our commercial growth strategy, you'll be responsible for driving revenue expansion across our commercial segment of customers and prospects in Sweden.
About the Job:This role presents a fantastic opportunity to work with a fast-paced sales team, comprised of talented, entrepreneurial, and results-oriented professionals. Together, we aim to deliver exceptional customer experiences and create value with our enterprise platform offering.
Your Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales plans to maximize revenue across the territory, leveraging your expertise and industry knowledge.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and outcomes within a quarterly schedule, consistently delivering results.
- Raise awareness of UiPath's brand in the marketplace through presentations, promotions, and sales of our solutions using a value-selling approach.
- Provide educational content to customers on the financial and professional benefits of our solutions.
- Maintain strong business and customer relationships in the territory, ensuring ongoing support and value.
- Develop strategic partnerships with local partners and global systems integrators to identify new opportunities and drive successful customer implementations.
- Collaborate with the Customer Success Management team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and address any customer concerns promptly.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to better serve customer needs.
